Step 1
Make sure you are logged in to Google AdWords.
In the menu on the left under "All campaigns" you select the campaign to which you want to add a new group.
Click on "Ad groups" and then on the round button with the plus sign.
Step 2
Give the group a name and add keywords to it. Under the box for keywords you will find a number of tips/guidelines to help you fill in the right keywords.
Click on "Save and continue" to continue.
Step 3
Click on "NEW AD".
Fill in the data such as URL, Headline 1, Headline 2, Display path and Description. When you're done click on "DONE" at the bottom of the page. Your ad has now been added.
Step 4
We recommend to fill in "improve your ads by adding extensions to this campaign". You do this as follows:
- Click on Sitelink extensions and select previously added extensions or create a new one by clicking on "NEW SITELINK EXTENSIONS".
- Click "Save and continue" to continue.
- Your new group is now visible in the list of groups.
By selecting this group you can still change everything. You can add keywords, edit and/or copy the group under "Ads & extensions",...
